Recently we had a performance appraisal followed by salary structure review throughout our organization.
Now all the employees of our company have got their appraisal letters with the performance reward, but I have not got any such letter.
On asking the HR they say, ask your reporting boss, on further prodding they reveal that you have been marked out for separation.
Now as per their manual, the PLR mentioned in the joining letter should be honoured in the first year (I've received the PLR for 6 months onlyof the joining year), but the HR is bluntly refusing that PLR has to be earned.
For anything they say, that the Hq won't know, ask your boss.
Now, I'm confused as to my future with the company.
Please advise how to go about it.
Thanks
