Hi, Please congrate me, I have completed my m.phil. thesis today and got it signed from my guide. My thesis was on human resource mangement and problems and solutions. Here I would like to tell all of you regarding my working so that you can get some knowledge.
1. I selected a topic on HR by doing R&D over the internet.
2. Got it approved from University.
3. My guide was not helpful, he met with me only thrice during last one year.
4. I wanted knowledge about tips, problems, solutions etc while preparing my thesis so I again used the internet upto the maximum extent.
Got it printed and hard bound.
Today, I got it signed, my supervisor is very happy. As I did a lot of work myself.
Hope you people will find this thread useful.
Thanks!

Please do not upload your thesis. I have known cases where people have just submitted the same with minor alterations for their degree, even for a PhD from a prestigious institution.

Hi,
First of all congratulation for your reserach. But I failed to understand one thing. What you are trying to suggest. Is it that "take the help of internet if your guide is not co-operative' or what?
