I have worked with an organization way back in 1996 to 1998. I do not have any details like employee number or appointment letter, relieving letter, salary slip etc. I can only remember the period i worked with that organization. How can I withdraw my PF reason that company is asking for my details of employment. they say after submitting the releasing order to them, they will be able to send my PF withdraw form to the respective commissioner.
kindly advise please

Dear Mr.Subhendu_ganguly2003
I have seen u r letter asking the method of withdrawing the pf accumulations.
I would like to say that the settlement PF form 19 & 10 D should be routed through the previous employer.Otherwise u can send through any one, mentioned in the pf settlement instruction form after filling all the columns.
every employer will maintain PF Form No 9, that is pf number allotment register. they can take your pf number and the date of joining in the scheme from it. or otherwise your date of entry and exist will be taken from PF Form no 5 and 10.
The last salary details and break in service can be taken from PF Form 3A (R) (individual employees statement) and also from Form 6A.(annual return)
Inorder to delay your application or some other reasons only they are asking other details. Better you can approach in person and submit your form.
I think they will do it because u r their ex-employee.
regards
