I have resigned in my current organization, the actual notice is 3 months. I want to have an early relieving because of personal reasons. I have already served one month notice but still management is not allowing me to leave. I also have a salary cut of 30% for past 8 months in name of COVID, I have not been paid incentives for 1 and half years, I have not received my 13th-month bonus this year (2020) . . Please advice on what can be done.
