Hello Seniors,
I am working as a HR Executive in a Private Company.
Recently our Management have decided to form a Committee for Social Service activities and have released some fund for this activity.
Now i have to find the areas where i can efficiently use the sponsored funds and report the same to the Management.
I request seniors to suggest me the areas[ for eg : ISKCON -Akashayapatra, oldage..etc] where i can make right use of these funds so that the needy are served.
Thanks in Advance

First you must search one Chairty organization who runs Orphanage Home in your city.
Children needs more care and spending for their upbringing. Even Charity for Organization who run any organization for the handicap people will be good. This is real chairy.
Instead of spending on architect or building's construction for anything better spend on human being who needs care. Your organization can also donate some amount to UNISEF kind organizations.

Latha,
it's a very nice to know that your management has thought on social responsibilities.
I would suggest that, helping aid to charity is a 1st step in joining hands for social responsibility, it could be for orphanage, old age home, handicapped, etc... or also identifying the needy student to support for education, needy aged person to take care of their old age..could be anything..this all depends how much time we can spend for this.
what ever you choose, i suggest that we should not just stop our responsibility only for donating. we should also keep follow up on the same by involving voluntary employees. This might also motivate employees to make a small group and work towards it.

Hi Latha,
Nice to know that ur management has allocated funds for SR/CSR...I agree with Anu's opinions.what I would like to say apart from approching homes try to think of a or some initiatives/campaign to bring awarenes or help the needed(means like i know organisation who uses funds for the blind for instance helping them in education, getting candidates to write exams for them, campaigning eyedrops etc etc). U can engage ur own employess in these ativities.Similarly, there's so much education, keeping city clean, raising funds for natural calamities, aids,tb,cancer, orhanages, old age,gog reen initiative, pollution free etc etc...

Dear Latha,
Why dont u adopt a child and take care of that child individually instead of sharing the fund among all.
U can suggest this to ur management and try out.
I feel this is good idea.
Let me know ur view on the same.
