HELLO EVERY ONE, I'd done my last job in banking sector but on the payroll of any other organisations covered under shops and establishment act. I'd done job for 3.5 yrs on contractual bases for which I had 3 AL with total 3.5 yrs tenure. My query is that am I eligible for the payment of gratuity for the said tenure for fixed-term employment? if, yes then please help me with the legal entity for the same.
