If EPF member has multiple UAN numbers with the same bank account, Creates problem in taking service. For that, it is told to change the bank account number, But if we change the bank account number the problem will solve temporarily or permanently? Will this problem occur again in the future?

It is not understand how you have got multiple UAN and that it self is a biggest problem. As per the rule one should not have 2 different UAN numbers for one employee and it is illegal.
It is now first and foremost duty is to bring all the transfer of previous employment to present employer establishment under new UAN. In future you will have to suffer like anything and you may entangled in legal complicacy. You must get your PF account transferred as soon as possible.
