I run a security agency and deploy manpower at various sites that are interested in availing our services. What I want to know: What is the minimum number of people to be employed at a particular worksite for taking of labor licence. I have been informed by various sources that it is more than 5. I want a clarification whether it is a) 5 and more than 5, b) More than 5.
