Dear All HR Professionals,
I am working in a company which is in health care & dignostic industry. Company is quite new. Currently we are in immediate need of huge manpower. I joined this company recently.
In recruitment policy of company is very crucial b'coz management dont want to go for various tools like placement, job portals & all due to cost factor. We have only 1 job portal in use & other way is application received by company's website.
Now these two ways are not found enough productive to provide huge manpower & that to immediate basis. Therefore, my seniors has told me to bring manpower from some unusual way having minimum cost.
From different suggesstions given by me company is ready to go for job fair but i need suggestions from you all
What are the other ways or tools of recruitment apart from above usual ways
please help ! & also if anyone is interested they can call on 9820829888 for details between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday for following position -
Officers, Executives, Assistants, Management Trainees, Processing in department like HR & Personnel, Administration, Logistic, CRM - Customer Relationship Management, IT - Hardware / Software & so on..

You can go to well recognized institutes where they seek job opportunities for their out going batch of students etc. This could be cost effective!

Hi, One of the useful sources is referral from your existing Employees. A reward for Recruitment thro' referral is beneficial. Regards Ravi.B.S.
Hi Ravi,
thanx for your reply. but i dont think the employee referal program will do bcoz the job turnover is quite high in our company. secondly, management will not give any extra incentive or money to the existing employees.
so please suggest another way

hi...
u can go to colleges n recruit students....
or refer to some employment exchange offices...(they find teh right candidates n usally r flooded with ppl who r seeking for job)
publishing job vacancies on newpaper can also b help...
but then u'll atleast hav to shell out some cash...this would be called external approach to recruit employees...
Job fair wont b cheap either if u want to go the cost effective way....
apart from all this....
the best cost efefctive approach would b to seek referrals from ur working staff or from company's ex-employee...this approach would b called internal approach..of recruitment.
hope u succeed....
cheers.

Hi,
Employee Referrals, Campus Recruitment and Job Portals are cost effective ways of hiring. HR Community e-groups too are useful.
A word of advise though- if your Company is interested in getting quality talent, then there's no shying away from investmet in recruitment spends. It's a good idea to be smart in getting cost productivity- however, there's has to be proper and realistic plan of budgetary spends.
You got to be careful here as limited options would give you limited results and that might lead to dissatisfaction, questioning your abilities etc.
Go all out.. but be realistic.
Take Care & very bests !
