I have total 9 year experience of 4 companies A,B,C,D.
Company B always create problems whenever any employee want to leave company.They hold three month salary also they were deducting epf but were not depositing to epf account of employees.
Me and many employees made complaint against the employer.EPFO has already taking action against owner.Since legal procedure in india take longer time he is providing false information about me in background screening of other companies.
I have inform about this to one big mnc with all the evidances but they did not consider my point and ask me they want positive feedback from that employer.
What can i do now what are options left for me?

Many companies check all the companies record with which you have worked, some check records with last 3 companies. So it depend on company to company.
Positive reply from majority of the companies will cover up the minority, so hope for the best.

Employment Verification done by any BGV company usually covers 2-3 previous employers.But some companies insist on complete employment verification.
A lot of employers take into account a BGV in totality .This means one single red flag is not viewed in Isolation.You entire feedback from all your previous employers,This along with other verification's like ID/Income/Criminal/Address is taken into account while making a decision.
My suggestion is while filling up the BGV form fill up all the details regarding your B Employer,Submit copies of the complaint you had raised regarding EPFO.Since u have mentioned that a BIG action was taken against the employer ,If you have any proof(preferably legal) of that ,Pls submit.
Any tangible information or complaints regarding this employer ,Pls submit.
Most employers would understand your situation and take a comprehensive view of the BGV report
