Dear All, Can someone share with me a manpower contract vendor termination letter?

When we make an agreement for Manpower supply through a manpower supplier contractor, there is always a clause of termination of the contract by giving the Notice as per agreement. So please go through the said agreement and terminate the contract but before termination you must aware about the mass of manpower , their legal dues as like Wages, EPF and others and also you have to think what will you do for manpower engage under that contractor. so please take are about any chaos manpower engaged under that contractor ship may create some nonsense in premises. do u have any plan for it ? either they will deploy in other vendors or what ? so you have to take care of all these in your mind.
