I used to work for one of the organization A in India and they deputed me on H1b visa but made me sign agreement before traveling for amount 2.5 lakh
I resigned from my job in USA, my last working day for organization was august 10 however did not pay any amount to them at that time
after year I cleared my dues my employer provided me service letter with last working day as 25 august
I started working for new employee B on on 11 august
now I am planning to come back to India for good, will this impact me any way in future
since there there are some overlapping dates showing on the record (even though i did not work for 2 employers)
please suggest

Since the date of joining Company B and date of relieving as mentioned in the service certificate are overlapping it is bound to create issues in your future career. Especially when you change jobs in future .This 'Ghost' will follow in each and every aspect of your career .Right from job application,personal interview,Background verification till you get an Appointment letter.
It shows a picture as if you were working with 2 employers from August 11 to August 25.
Please enquire with your previous employer as to why August 25 was mentioned as relieving date instead of August 10.
Was there an error from your previous company or the period was mentioned as Aug 25 taken into consideration any particular clause of agreement.
If it is an error please get it rectified from them at the earliest and get a new Service Certificate OR if it is anything related to your Service Agreement then first you need to study the agreement,be very much clear on your rights / your stand and later discuss with your previous employer.
If this issue is not sorted it is going to trouble you in future.
Please do the needful and let me know for any futher help required if any.

what my previous employer told me was "we waited for you 15 days to pay amount since you did not pay we transfered you to india(on paper) and marked 25 as your last working day"
but my payslip is only till 10 august
since i did not pay money withing 15 days they marked my last day as 25 august but form 16 provided by employer A shows 10 august as my last working day
and I am still working for B,
