Hello everyone, My company has 35 employees (aged around 22 to 35) and our boss is planning "GOA TRIP" in Dec 2021, to celebrate our orientation day.
Being an HR, I want to set a guideline for the employees so that no one can create nuisance over there, I know GOA is not a place to bind all of them but a clear set of instructions from the HR point of view. I also want a declaration sort of thing from employees, signed by their family members as well.
I would be very thankful if anyone can help out in this matter.

Dear Megha,

You need to create a draft of the office circular on your own. If you upload it here, some senior like me will make the corrections. For referring to the letter of indemnity to be obtained from the employees, you may click the following link:

Excurssion is a good motivating welfare activity. But if not controlled properly, it can be a menace.
Object of such a trip is 1. environment away from regular workplace, 2. assimilation of all employees, 3. observation of people iin the group.
Although it is free time, one's behaviour should not be a problem for others. Hence some restraints are necessary.
Boozing time is fixed. No one should drink at any other time
Everyone must follow the team leader and obey his instructions
Everyone must follow the time given.
Any adventurous activity must be with prior permissioin of leader.
Fishpond is ok but ragging, harassing should be avoided.
I dont think anyone will object to these rules. On the contrary, if these rules are followed by all, all will enjoy maximum.
Last point, declaratioin from family is for primary school children, not for employees who have family.
