I am very glad to post my first assignment on CiteHR. I have use this site more than 4 months and I am very happy with this site which give me large information on Admin, HR, Accounts and Management. Specially I like management, personality development and motivating presentations.
Now it is my turn, So I am attaching this excel sheet. I am confident that you good people will really admire my work.
I have made this excel sheet using Vlookup command and other commands and I assure that these commands will definately help you how to use Vlookup command in excel and its benefits.
I have highlighted some cells in yellow, you just put necessary information in that cell.
You just put attendance in Attadance sheet and it will create Salary Sheet, Pay slip, Bank List, PF ESIC Deduction List and PT summary.
I am eagerly waiting for your response and suggestions. Also I am waiting for new assignments from you.
I will update this excel file time to time and post it on this site.

This is really good work and thank you very much to you for this work. I think it need some improvement such IF any employee salary attendance is not a full month then we need to calculated his salary manually and enter in sheet. It will be extremely good if when we enter no. of days in attendance sheet it calculated automatically.
But all is very very good work.

The posting is very usefull. In fact I was looking sor something like this. It would be great help if you prepare form-16 as well as full and final satement in this excel sheet (its just a suggestion).
