Rather providing you QUESTIONNAIRES, i better try my best to make you understand STRESS so that you can do your best in your career. Please be practical in your life and just don't depend on others hard-work. I don't believe in RE-INVENTING THE WHEEL but i love to UPGRAGE THE WHEEL to the best of my knowledge.
Stress you will find in every employee employed at different levels. Its a part of every organization's success stories. You can find the same in our personal lives as well.
STRESS is always associated with the environment(place of work), co-workers, team members, superiors, customers/clients, students, circumstances and situations prevailing.
Please remember that STRESS IS ALSO A MIND SET, where individuals need to understand stress and overcome it rather absorbing it which is harmful to everyone. STRESS CAN WEAKEN OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM.
