We have sent a letter to the PF office requesting for PF slips of all our employees in March along with the Annual returns. They have acknowledged the letter also & we have sent our colleagues for the same 2-3 times but they were asked to come later & so far we have not got the pf slips. Kindly advise -
How to get the pf slips & who is to be contacted & how long will it take to get them?
Do we have to request for PF statement in Form 23 or will it be sent to us?
Regards

Dear Shweta,
For PF Withdrawl first it need to fill up the form No 19 ,10c & submit to the pf office after that they will send us a acknowledgement of received of those withdrawl form . After a employee resigns 2 months waiting period is there for processing & after two months it will process & amount credited to the employee account that he has mentioned in pf form .The same also intimated to the claimant by a letter to his resident address stating amount is credited from pf office.Total time period for withdrawl is minimum 3 months .
