Hi Anitha,
To remember, comments and refinements are for the betterment. My observations:
Offer letter is called as first relation letter with the candidate (Third party not belongs to company) from the company, where as it leaves first impression on the company.
So it must framed and formatted well.
All HR docs must be noted with the clauses . (Points 1, 1.1, 1.22 and on).
If you are missing with the clause, you can't address the point when required.
Regards,
Shiv

Hi Friends,
Thank you very much for your help and the suggestions guys.
However, Anitha as for your question, I just wanted to know that I have recently joined an organization wherein new employees come on board every week.
I wanted to know, within the joining formality procedure what are the things we need to take into consideration and how could I go about doing that.
Could you help me with these procedures and the forms required for the same.
Regards
