I am an HR Executive in an Small IT firm, i have been asked to send an demotion letter to an employee ho is working as Sr. Software developer(Due to performance related issues)
I have sent many Promotion letter in my carrier as HR Executive but no demotion letter.
Kindly suggest me how to write an demotion letter. which does not sound or mean too insulting
