As for as hotel is concern i am not aware of specific challenges that is faced by HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY but, ATTRITION is the GLOBALIZED ISSUE besides
1) IDENTIFYING THE HIDDEN TALENT & PROMOTING THE SAME
2) EMPLOYEE MOTIVATIONAL STRATEGIES
3) RECRUITMENT PROCESS NOT UP TO THE MARK
4) COMPENSATION & EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
5) MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO IMPLEMENT/REFLECT OR BRING IN NECESSARY CHANGES
It varies organisation to organisation depending up NATURE OF BUSINESS, SIZE OF THE ORGANIZATION and more.
There is NO ORGANIZATION in this world FREE FROM EMPLOYEE RELATED ISSUES/PROBLEMS because ORGANIZATION/COMPANY is nothing but the EMPLOYEES.
