Sir,
I have resigned from my services after 13 years of continuous service from feb 2005. Now I am only 40 years old. I have applied for PF withdrawal and also applied for scheme certificate for pension fund. I am no longer in any service.
1. After getting scheme certificate, when can I claim pension and how?
2. Will I get my PF now or whether it is clubbed with sheme certificate-ie get my pf only after surrender of Scheme Certificate?

Dear Biju Sebastian,
Minimum age to get pension is not 48 years, but 50. But for each year below 58 you will lose 4% in pension. You may apply in form 10-D to the concerned Office of Regional PF Commissioner.
