Welcome to Citehr.com. I would suggest that instead of asking us for training topics, you should speak to the respective managers of various teams...it would be highly effective. This way you would know what skills are lacking in employees and what trainings can be used...this GAP analysis would give you higher results.
However, following are commonly identified training needs:
Managerial: Time Mgmt, Leadership Development, Pareto Principle, FEMA, Conflict Management, EMail Etiquettes, Team Building, Effective Planing...
Mktg point of view following trgs may help: Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Consulting with positive approach, body language, Goal Setting...etc.

3. Talk to Employees
Sit with them.ask them wat all problem they face while handling the team in all aspects..technically/managerially/behavioral...
then accordingly u wud need to track trainer-can be in-house or external...plan that as per the sanctioned budget....identify idle time of the team n schedule the trg....
One should make employee understand the significance of such trgs..only then they will learn properly n encourage ur efforts...u may ask employees also if they wud like any trgs to be conducted for them...usually they wud show interest...make sure to give practical based trg...plz do not bombard with theories....include gud games, exercises...
