Casual Leave will mostly be available to you in the next year. Most companies do not give you any leave in the first year of your work.

Dear Indu,
The leave rule of every establishment are different from one to other. The total leave for which you will be eligible is depending upon the nature of establishment and as per adopted or framed rules.
You need to check with your HR department what are the leave you are going to get till you earned leave.
Every establishment facilitates their staffs with leave till they eligible for any earned leave, which comes at close of the calender year. At the present juncture you may not be eligible for leave but your HR is the right person to guide you.

Indu,
You are confusing the Forum. You have not joined Mid of Feb, you joined on 21st Feb. and hardly worked for 8 days, than how do you expect casual leave for that month. You worked only 35% during the month. One should not be so much greedy to grab benefits from any organisation.

You must be on probation now, and generally no leave is given during probation period.

Dear Indu,
what i understand from your query is that, your company provide casual leave to people on probation and you also got it. your query is just for the month in which you joined as you joined in the middle of the month. Therefore, if you joined before or on 15th of that month you will get the leave for that month otherwise you wont. Also, I have seen some companies providing half CL to calculate it on prorate basis.
