I am working in MNC Windmill industry of Operations & Management division as HR Executive. Recently our company had finished the appraisal process and given the performance letters. Now some of our employees have given their resignation. Now in our payroll they have informed that their salary arrears has been hold. Will the hold arrears to be given in the Full and Final settlement or in any other way. Kindly clarify....
