Due to 90 days notice period, I left the company without proper exit, I have received Final settlement mail.
Let me know if any legal issue if I can’t pay final settlement amount.
The final settlement includes joining bonus and additional salary plus 90 days notice period salary.

This is a wilful breach of contract, it would depend on the legal provision of the locality regarding it, but where did it happen is not clear. From your tagline, it appears the issue pertains Abu Dhabi and the UAE Civil Code applies. The general understanding is that the contract is legally binding on the parties and the party violating the contract has to compensate the opposite party. The UAE laws are stricter than Indian laws. Confirm where the event happened.
