Why should the training be given? What is the real purpose for training and why should companies be spending more amount in training?

The company give to the training for the employees for main aim is increase the productivity and less wast of materials . employees study about our work details and train to use the machines.

well the training is very important in perspective of employers and employees.
the reasons for the benefit for employees are :
1. increase their people skills
2. increase their learning and knowledge
3. develops their attitude
4. to understand the culture
5. will strengthen their competency skills
the reasons for the company`s benefit are :
1. increase in the productivity(efficiency) of their employees.
2. increase the performance of the company.
3. the bottom line objective of the company is achieved. i.e. (maximizing profitability)
successful companies do know its importance and that is why they consider it as their future investment on their business.

In my opinion training gives a Practical approach of the work what u have to implement and also what is the responsibility u have in the organization.
