We don't have any hierarchy for HR department. Only one person is handling all activities related to HR and Administration. Hiring, onboarding, training, statutory compliances of company, Payroll, exit formalities etc.
Which designation should be given to that person if he or she is doing all HR functions from last 7 years in the same company.

Whether the organisation is big or small, there should be structure, hierarchy for better and smoother operation. Reporting style should be incorporated. HR should report to whom, should be clearly defined. When it comes to designation, again, there should be a logical pattern, based on role and responsibilities.
