I have contacted the local gram panchayat and have taken the birth certificate. Thanks everyone for your help.
But there is a problem - my name is not there on the BC. It says - Nirank, that is "No Name".
Grampanchayat says, the name can not be written on it. Does anyone here know if I can have my name on the BC.
