Dear Sir,

I, the undersigned, am working in MIDC Shiroli, Kolhapur. I am confused about whether my company falls under Zone I or Zone III. My company is not located within the municipal area of Kolhapur, and we are paying tax (GharFala) to the gram panchayat in Shiroli. Therefore, can I consider that since my company is not within the municipal area, it falls under Zone III?

Alternatively, my company is within a 20-kilometer radius of the municipal corporation, but we do not pay any tax to the municipal corporation. Simply because it is within a 20 km radius of the municipal corporation, can I consider my company to fall under Zone I?

I would appreciate your valuable suggestions on the above matter.

Thank you.

Dear Anonymous,

Please refrain from providing unhelpful responses. This information cannot be obtained from the municipal corporation. It has already been clarified that his company does not fall under the jurisdiction of the municipal corporation area.

Thank you.
