I am going to join some organisation in a day or two after completing my MBA. I had worked in HR for about 2 3 years before joining MBA. That time the PF account of the employee used to opened through some forms. I have following questions if any expert could answer them (As per Delhi state rules). I will be very thankful.

What is the current process of opening a PF account of newly joined employee? (is it online or offline?)
What could be the best possible salary breakup to provide maximum tax benefit to employee and benefits to employee while complying all the laws? (take Gross salary 50k).
What is the process of filing return monthly (if we have to ?? or we just need to inform the inspector of EPFO?? is it online or offline? is it mandatory?)
What is the process of filing yearly return? (is it all online or offline? what all things we include in return? is it mandatory?
How can we deposit PF/ESI amount to the PF department? (monthly? is it online or offline?)
Is it true that ESI is require only for factories?
When we process salary, what all details and in what form we give it to finance department? (I actually want to know method of salary processing).

Thanks in Advance !

Hi Mr.Sunli,
I) A new employee at the time of joining an organization has to Fill up Form-02 (Nomination Form) than employer will create new ID for new employee and update is personal information provided in the form in PF portal.
If an employee already an PF member has to fill Form-11 while taking up a new employment and employer will register his/her PF no under the employer establishment.
II) I don't no (TAX)
III) Both monthly and yearly return will be submitted through online itself.
IV) You have to pay PF&ESI monthly contribution through online payment facility available in respective website after generating challan for the same.
V) ESI also applicable to medical institution, educational institution, hotel, restaurant, newspaper establishment etc.
VI) Salary process- leave details, PF&ESI or other deductions details has to be there and sorry I don't the form.
