There is a growing need identified by Organizations to move their learning content online. Usually organizations start by converting existing classroom content into an “elearning” course. The challenge though is that elearning is more than converting existing content to create online content. Without the appropriate design essentials, it’s guaranteed that the results will not be what they could be.
You need good design to get better learner engagement as your elearning objectives need to get beyond just content conversion and tracking completion.
