In thsi case gross salary consitutaing all elements like Basic, HRA,Spl,Uniform ( if paid as allowance), Medical (if paid as alowance) shall be considered for ESIC deuction. There is noting to do this CTC. PF is not part of ESIC deduction

Dear,
It is very much easy just count ESIC on the BASIC salary of particular Employee...
In ur case basic is 7500 so that ESIC for emloyer (4.75%) = 356.25 & for employee (1.75%) = 131.25
In short, Final amount for ESIC will be 487.50

Dear
It is correct that it is very easy to calculate the ESI contribution of ESI employee as well employer share. But, here I want to correct you that ESI contribution is payable on all the allowances, not only on the Basic Salary, it has nothing to do with CTC your salary is Rs. 14100/- and you will calculate the employee share of contribution @ 1.75% Rs. 246.75 and employer share of contribution @ 4.75% is 669.75 and you will convert the paisa in next rupee, means if your contribution of ESI is 246.75, it will be considered Rs. 247/- (it will be applicable on both the share of contribution.
I hope that the above will satisfy the query, if any other clarification you are most welcome to seek clarification.

Washing allowance exempt from the ESIC Deduction if the employees draw the salary 5000
BA=3000
DA=900
Hra =300
WA= 800
Grass salary =5000
At that time you Deduct ESI only for 4200*4.75, =199.5 Rs from The employer and 1.75 % = 73.5 Rs from the employee reaming 800 Rs washing allowance exempt From the ESI Deduction.

Dear All,
I heard that if conveyance is paid paid separately, then ESIC is not applicable and if the same is part of salary, then everything excluding washing allowance is applicable for ESIC. If a persons Gross Salary (not CTC) is 12000.00 (which includes basic, VDA, conveyance, HRA, Washing allowance etc) and the part of washing allowance is 200/-, then the entrie amount excluding Washing allowance is covered under ESIC
Please correct me if I am wrong
