Hi All,
Kindly help me sending a sample Bond Copy/Overseas Agreement Copy, since I am sending my employee abroad from the company. Since the attrition rate is so high, that if this employee after gaining onsite experience would shift the company once he is back. To avoid this I need some formalities to be done before sending him abroad.
Please help at the earliest.

My Head requests me to formulate a clause for employees that would have a training overseas.
The employee to receive such training must remain in continuous service for a certain period.
