I want to know two things:
1) Can Six Sigma be implemented in a BPO/ KPO??
2) Is Six Sigma for HR Practices or for Project Processes?
3) How can a BPO/KPO go for a ISO certification?
4) Again can ISO certification be taken for HR practices or for Project Processes?
Kindly guide me on the same.

Six Sigma seeks to identify and remove the causes of defects and errors in manufacturing and business processes. It uses a set of quality management methods, including statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the organization ("Black Belts" etc.) who are experts in these methods. Each Six Sigma project carried out within an organization follows a defined sequence of steps and has quantified financial targets (cost reduction or profit increase).

In order to more clear about the Six Sigma and practically implement, I need easy to understand guidance. For instance, I have to do it for processing industry where particular product does not change into different product, but into a product that can be used. So, better the process, better the value addtion and hence better value addition. I have to chalk out Six Sigma to ensure i) improved Quality process ii) control costs iii) enhance profitability. Can you kindly suggest the source where I can develop this system useful for my purpose ?
