Dear Vinay,
Starting a career as MIS Executive is good to sharpen your excel, technical & reporting skills but it will be much better if soon replace yourself with your domain expertise. I mean find out the opportunities which are made for you, what you have studied. Recruitment, Payroll, Generalist profile, there are many options in HR so try to search out the best one for you & do not go with your current profile as a long stretch otherwise, you will be stucked with your profession.

Dear Vinay Singh,
Lets start with agreeing that any job does good to you if you confer good in the very job. MIS Executive's profile will aid you to get an edge in Excel manipulations and also in getting an insight of the the formal functioning of any firm. If you keep doing well by consistently upgrading your venues, you might even get to put your hands on worthy platforms like SAP and ABAP-HR.
Having said that, you must also consider the Degree you carry. If it still says MBA-HR, reconsider your status of working on a profile that a mere Bachelor from IT stream could do; and considerably better than you. The knack you will get working as MIS Executive will always come in handy while you work in HR venues but the only thing to keep in tap is that you MUST NOT get late to make an entry into the field you wanted to be while getting your MBA.
All the wishes for the job. Do well.
