these days most of the institutes offer correspondence / distance learning courses. Institutes like IGNOU, Symbiosis, ICFAI, AIMA, offer correspondence courses. The fees might be around Rs. 20000 - Rs.30000 for the entire course apart from the exam fees.
Generally admissions start by March / April.
But my sincere suggestion to you would be that instead go in for evening classes where there is some kind of class interaction than going in for correspondence. Correspondence course does not add any value. Its very important that you have class room sessions whre there are lots of guest lectures happneing and various ideas flowing in through interaction between the students.
