Dear all, At present our company does not have any PMS. We would like to introduce PMS to all the employees like workmen and staff both and recommend the appraisals based on that. Please advise on how to proceed further on this matter with your valuable suggestions. In initial period what is the frequency of conducting PMS.

Am an HR Consultant and auditor. I have done HR Audit training on PMS for a few companies - pharma company, Glass technology company and also a Construction company. I do online training on PMS every month. It is an elaborate process and all the JDs must be update for that purpose. If interested, hire me as your consultant and I will help your organisation.
