You are requested to detail me about the coverage criteria for a domestic call center.
This is to inform you that my customer is going to start a domestic call center with the manpower of 40 and he has the limit budget for salaries and other compliance liabilities.
Now he says that there is no any PF-ESI coverage for a call center as I m giving training to candidate and if require I will change the name of company like training center or institute.
Keeping in view the above please elaborate me about all the aspects related to above description. I will be very grateful to you.
