Dear Seniors,
Mine is domestic inbount Call Center. I require the appraisal formats for my company... I want this for Customer Care Executives, Team Leaders and Quality Incharge... I have never done this before... Please guide me thru this...
Below are the job profiles of each designation:
1. Customer Care Executives: Handling inboung calls and cross sell to book or pitch for bookings. Maintaining quality and discipline in the Call center.
2. Team Leader: Preparing reports, handling employees (CCEs), maintain discipline, taking new initiatives to maintain healthy environment.
3. Quality Incharge: Maintaining quality of the CCEs, taking mock calls and barging calls, giving timely feedback to the agents, preparing quality reports, taking new initiatives ti improve the quality of agents.
Please provide me the formats asap. I will be highly obliged.

You can use the rating scale method, where the employee is given ratings among various parameters like Leadership, Attitude, efficiency, Job knowledge, Quality, Punctuality, Ability etc according to the different levels & designations. By including these parameters, try to prepare a appraisal form. :)
