Hello seniors
im Dinesh from Coimbatore..im working as a HR Executive of a Software Company. Im new to this HR field Just 3 months before only i started my carrier.Now im MD asked me to Create Performance Management system for employees in my company.so i need review the performance of each and every employee through there Team Leads ,so i need create set of performance related questions, which ll ask to team leads about the employees.kindly help me to create the questions

To institute PMS in your company, you are too junior person. PMS is not child's play. You need to tell MD to hire external consultant. Any half-hearted measure will do more harm than good.
