Now I am facing very critical conditions in my career Life. Actually, I'm working in manufacturing for the last 2 years. And now I'm getting the best offers. So I was serving a notice period of 10 days. But the company not relieving me and hold all my funds. The company said to serve a 1-month notice period but at the time of joining the company never told me about this policy and did not give me any documents like an offer letter, or appointment letter. Effect whenever I am requesting for letter always give me accuses. Effect my general manager told me he can finish my career and block all sites so nobody hires me. Please give me advice on what I do. I am already committed to other companies for joining. give your valuable suggestions and help me.
