I am Engineer and my long time goal is to become an Industrialist/business man.For this purpose I have purchased 2 Acres Land at Tirupur (on the main road) at a huge cost.Since I am new to business,I want partners/consultants to proceed further.Can you please suggest ways to get success of my goal.(At present I am working in Chennai )

Actually,I have invested the money in procuring the land on main road (NH-47).Hence I am unable to do further investment at present, but I can lease the land for your requirements.Hence the enterpreners may do investment on their own,and other than investment I can do all sorts of help according to your requirements.
Though Tirupur is famous for Garmets export,I am interested in manufacture of coolers for Automobiles. The reason is, Automobiles cooler is not available in India,hence no competition for that.Further,for manufacture of Automobile coolers investment is less.
