Hi Everyone, Please provide me suggestion for my life

I am computer science graduate in 2010 and thereafter i did not get any campus placements for 1 year , I wen to south africa through a consultancy in 2011 and worked on "Networking and Other technologies for 4 years i.e till 2015

Due to health issues i returned back to india and learnt a software course which is very booming and within one month i got a job from a software company

I did submit fake experience for my job purpose though i know iam doing wrong but i dont have any other choice to submit the documents to the company

I did work hard and got good knowledge on the tool and good appreciation from managers , But recently the company came to know that my previous company is blacklisted company and they arranged a meeting

On the meeting all the HR people are screwed me , not even they listened my words terminated from the job and they had taken a letter on blank white paper saying that - All the documents submitted are fake thats why iam resigning the job they did mention these words on the white paper and took a signature from me

They didnt even provide me experience / resignation letter

I have some doubts:

Can i search for another job with this same company as my previous experience - They had taken a letter from me saying all the documents submitted are fake , Does this letter will have any impact to my future ? Does the company can take any legal action against me?

Please suggest me what to do ?

Iam purely helpless and doesnt know where to go and who can suggest me in correct path

I wanted to re-start my life

Please suggest ur views

Dear Ranepaka,

Primarily, you have asked three questions. Their replies are given in italics:

Can i search for another job with this same company as my previous experience.

It would be foolhardiness to ask a job in the same company. If the falsification of the employment is proved then such employees are blacklisted. This blacklist is for their internal recruitment purposes only.

They had taken a letter from me saying all the documents submitted are fake , Does this letter will have any impact to my future ?

When the falsification of the documents is discovered, HR of your company should have ordered domestic enquiry. Rather than conducting the enquiry, they have adopted shortcut and have taken statement from you. It was for your removal and nothing else.

Does the company can take any legal action against me?

Companies do face problems of this kind. Such cases are not new to them therefore, they may not approach police or send you a legal notice. Nobody has time and energy to do this wasteful activity. However, if they do so, then it is your luck.

Final Comments: - Did you abandon your job in South Africa? Do you have proper relieving documents? Based on this experience, why you are not trying to get a similar job? Rather than spending time in deceitful activities, it is better if you get a job that pays you less but maintains your dignity.

Thanks,

You should never have signed any blank paper.
You did wrong by going the fake way.
Now what is written in the blank paper is unknown to you.
Company took a shortcut, browbeat you based on your fake documents and terminated you.
Now as learned member above has suggested look around for jobs-this time with true details.
