Hello Santosh,
It appears, there won't be any difference in emoluments, their duties & responsibilities, work ethics etc., except in tenure of employment. I don't think of any major differences, however if the tenure will be <5 yrs. how you are going to regulate gratuity. Rest other components can be common for regular & FTE as well.

Salary for fixed term employees cannot be less than minimum wage prescribed by state government for their category of skill. It is not necessary to give them salary at par with your regular/permanent employees.
