KINDLY ENCLOSE NON EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH ATTESTED AADHAR PROOFS OF FAMILY MEMBERS 2) FORM NOT SIGNED BY MEMBER/ APPLICANT

Can someone help me with the format of this non-employment certificate? Also, i am not able to understand how to sign the form when the claim was filed online in PF portal through Aadhaar verification

Pl recheck the reply from EPFO as pensioners are required to submit only the life certificate and not the non-employment certificate. Also, the Adhaar details of the family members are not relevant.

KINDLY ENCLOSE NON EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH ATTESTED AADHAR PROOFS OF FAMILY MEMBERS 2) FORM NOT SIGNED BY MEMBER/ APPLICANT

The above given is the reason for rejecting the monthly pension claim.

My colleague had completed 70 years of age and as such no employee can ever join EPS after they attain 58 years of age. So, how is the non-employment certificate relevant in this case?

Also, when e-nomination is filed, family members' Aadhar number is verified with Aadhar data for verification of Name, Gender, Date of birth etc and e-nomination is submitted after e-signing
through Aadhar authentication.

So, not able to understand why the claim is rejected with the above-mentioned reasons
