Dear friends, I work in an Engineering institute as an HR Executive. Kindly suggest me some new HR ideas need to implement in my organization.

It is not advisable to implement every and any new idea that appear in the market in an organisation. There is no 'one size fits all' kind of dress for organisations as they are so different sometimes as different as chalk and cheese. What suits one may not suit another and the experiment may boomerang. That's why many a time we hear HR professional saying I spent so much on my pet project but it ended as a damp affair. You need to customize the ideas to suit the needs of your organisation.Therefore do some research about your organisational culture and needs and then think of ideas.

Hello, I am working as HR Executive you may also call HR Generalist because in my office there is not HR Department yet.
