Dear Selva,
It is very Simple to gain DSC (Digital Signature Certificate). You just collect the form from Certified Clients like E-Mudra then fill it properly. For PF The class is 2. so tick the mark class 2 then get the sign form your PF Authorized Person and submit it. You will get the USB Token then install it.
You follow the link for application form. You download Class-2 (Organization) or else download this attachment

Dear Selva ji, Answer to your query is as given by Yesubabu. The DSC comes in either in USB token or otherwise, in .pfx file which requires Java application installed on your PC to upload it.

Dear Pourna ji, You raised your query to Selva who has asked for guidance in same subject. Anyway. It seems, your computer is not having support of latest Java.

Check your Computer OS.
If it is XP the configuration of DSC Bit Tuff.
If it is Windows 7 Very easy to install.
For XP You have to install Latest Java that to environment should be in 6.0 plus.

Hi,
Please guide me that, i have digital signature usb token, but when inserting the token then going for approve always the page showing that, download java for windows, even after downloading & installing the same.

If it is a EPFO portal there is some problem with system settings and JAWA version installation. Check whether status of DSC whether active or otherwise. If it is deactivated or auto rejected for some reasons, you have to get it re-registered . Once it is re-registered, a letter will be generated in PDF format. You have to take out the print out of the letter and send to SRO for approval. In this regard kindly go through the recent guidelines from EPFO.
