I worked in the banking sector for 4 years, due to some non-compliance with banking operations at the cash counter by providing the withdrawal of cash to one of the customer accounts through a working colleague without a cheque for three transactions amounting to more than 5 Lakh and because of the problem I decided to resign and join the bank and during notice period I had to take a lot of leave due to some health issues which leads to surgery in the right leg bone. After I joined the new bank, in a few months, I received the show cause notice, and I also gave a response.

They conducted the investigation. And I also attended, but at last, they provided the Dismissal from the services of the bank. I also appealed for this issue with the help of a lawyer, but it went in vain. As Again, they rejected the appeal and gave me the Dismissal. Kindly provide me the solution to what I am supposed to do next in my Career. Is it possible to join the Banking sector, or Do I need to switch to some other sector? Will background verification cause any problem for me.
