This is ashish working in markjobs as a Recruitment Consultant. I need help from you all member. As I get so many mail daily of candidates but need some MIS format or Technique something through which I can maintain Resumes which in turn my own database , so that i can easily get the resume for closing positions in a better way.
It's very important for me to arrange this valuable resume .
