Sir, you may ask the position firstly from the concerned official of your unit who is attending to the work relating to ESIC registration etc., and if no satisfactory reply is received, you may contact the appropriate Branch office of ESIC with details of insurance number allotted to you including TIC, if provided.

As a matter of fact nowadays, the Pehchan card is not prepared and the E Pehchhan card is introduced. The only thing you have to do is to link your & Your family members Aadhar Card to your IP Number and take the print out and obtain the signature from employer. That will serve as Permanent Pehchhan Card.
