Greetings for the day..
My employer (which is a state government undertaking firm),has not paid my salaries for the Months January,February and March 2023. whenever employees ask HR/Admin. department for salaries status, they simply say due to budget deficiencies in State Government. The department/our firm was not allocated with budget. I need your suggestions to how to recover my pending salary which is due since 3 months(as mentioned above).
